A total of 13,950 students enrolled during Fall Semester 2023 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean's list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president's list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's).

On June 2, eight college students graduated from the Aim High Flight Academy, sponsored by the U.S. Air Force Recruiting Service Detachment 1 and hosted at Marion Military Institute. Over the course of 3 weeks, students had the opportunity to take certified flight training lessons at no cost.

Following the college's Commencement on May 13, Marion Military Institute held its spring Army ROTC Commissioning Ceremony, where 17 cadets took the oath of office.
